   • Management shall ensure that adequate resources are provided to implement this policy effectively, including risk assessments, safety training, and proper equipment.
   • Supervisors shall enforce safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and lead by example.
   • Employees and contractors are expected to take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others, report hazards promptly, and comply with safety protocols.

   • Construction & Mining: Strict adherence to PPE use, site safety protocols, con-
   trolled blasting and excavation procedures, and environmental safeguards.
   • Agriculture & Earth-moving Equipment: Safe handling of machinery, pesticide
   safety, and training in equipment operation and maintenance.
   • Oil and Gas: High-risk operations are managed under rigorous safety systems includ-
   ing emergency response plans and fire safety protocols.
   • Water & Renewable Energy Solutions: Safe installation practices, electrical safety,
   fall prevention, and confined space safety measures.
   • Rare Earth Minerals & Transport: Hazardous material handling procedures, vehicle
   safety checks, and secure logistics operations.
   • General Supplies & Consultancy: Office and warehouse safety, ergonomic practices,
   and mental well-being initiatives.
4. Training and Awareness
   Nkoba Rare Earth Ltd shall provide continuous training and awareness programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of employees towards workplace safety.
5. Incident Reporting and Investigation
   All incidents and near-misses shall be reported promptly, investigated thoroughly, and corrective actions implemented to prevent recurrence.
